Restrictions

You may not give out your password to a third party. You are solely responsible for the use or misuse of your customer account. The license agreement you obtain when you purchase a product from this website can only be used by you. In other words, your product licenses and/or customer account details cannot be sold, transferred, rented or used by any third-party. You are not permitted to make copies of the Products you've purchased with the intention to give, sell, loan, broadcast, send or transmit products to friends and family or anyone else, as these acts breach international copyright laws.

You may not upload the Products you purchase to file-sharing sites, torrent sites, Peer-2-Peer sites, Crack or Warez sites. We reserve the right to pursue legal actions for a product which you have illegally shared. You may not resell the plugin, sample packs or sounds you buy from this website to any third party, as the license for these products is non-transferable

ROYALTY CLARIFICATION:

What part of the plugin is Royalty Free?

All of the one shot sounds and drum samples in this product are 100% Royalty-Free , so once purchased, you can use these one-shot sounds/drums in your commercial releases without having to pay any hidden costs.

What part of the plugin is Not Royalty Free?

All the Vocal Chants, Vocal Runs, Vocal Loops, and Drum loops samples are NOT royalty free, so once purchased, you are required to assign a 5% writer's share with my PRO (performance rights organization) for every commercial release of the song. These details are included in the licensing agreement of the software.

We reserve the rights to pursue royalty claims, copyright infringement and claims, damages, to the maximum percentage and ownership rights to your compositions, music release, resampling or ANY TYPE OF ILLEGAL USE of content related to our products productions with and without a valid purchase and proof.

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL

The products available for purchase on our web site are downloadable, functional, detailed demo videos of product, with description of content received upon purchase.

If you purchase one of our products, after your payment has cleared your license to use the software will be activated and delivered to you. Once the license is activated, no refunds will be given. We have this policy since it would be impossible for you to return your registered version of our software.

Refund Policy

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you would normally have the right to cancel the contract of sale within seven days. However, this does not relate to software goods or downloads, which cannot be returned. You do not have the right to cancel an order once the Product has been downloaded. This does not, of course, affect any other rights that you may have.

Technical Issues and Requirements

You are responsible for making sure your internet connection is fast enough to download the products you order and that your PC or MAC can de-compress ZIP/RAR files. You are responsible for making sure your computer can accommodate up to 3GB content space as required by the software, including ram speed to operate the software However, we will be happy to provide assistance. DJ Soupamodel and Music Blvd Group LICENSE AGREEMENT

The copyright of Afrobeats by DJ Soupamodel’ products and all included sounds, samples, loops, MIDI files, sequencer projects, and/or audio demos, is retained by DJ Soupamodel and Music Blvd Group, and is licensed to the purchaser (via paid download) as specified below with the royalty specifications, and for use in commercial and non-commercial music releases.

Only purchasers of this product/license from djsoupamodel.thinkfic.com have the legal right to use the contents in their own "original" musical releases and/or in advertisements, soundtracks, and television or film music productions. All rights not expressly granted to the user are reserved by Producer Loops Limited. The purchaser of this product/license may use the contents in their own commercial and noncommercial compositions/releases with with master royalties payable to DJ Soupamodel and Music Blvd Group as shown below.

Proof of purchase may be requested by DJ Soupamodel and Music Blvd Group Limited subsequently. This product license can not be purchased retrospectively. So, to avoid litigation we recommend that you buy this product legally before you release a track using it's contents. Furthermore, all remixers of tracks using DJ Soupamodel and Music Blvd Group’s content will need to purchase a license, prior to the remix release date, as this is a single user license and non-transferable. The contents of this product may not be used (wholly or partly) in the creation of any competitive product; including but not necessarily limited to; Sample Packs, Sample CDs, Sample DVDs, Virtual Instruments, Expansion Packs, Production Music, Library Music, Subscription Services, App Contents (Mobile or otherwise), or in any other collection or service, in any format, or in any product that would involve the re-licensing of DJ Soupamodel and Music Blvd Group’ product copyrights, without our permission. The contents of this product are not to be used "isolated" in your musical works. They must be used within the context of a musical piece mixed with additional parts. Any audio demos are provided as “demos” and they are not licensed to you, and they may not be re-created or used in their current state. You may not re-sell this collection or transfer it to a third-party, as a purchased license is a single-user license and non-transferable. All copying, lending, duplicating, re-selling, renting, uploading, file sharing or unauthorized trading of this content (or any part of this content) is prohibited by international copyright law. DJ Soupamodel and Music Blvd Group will not hesitate to take legal action against any person(s), company or individual(s) who fail to adhere to the terms of this legal agreement. All rights not expressly granted remain with DJ Soupamodel and Music Blvd Group.
